Good value stay with early check in as a bonus & convenient for airport
We arrived at 11am and because we had already informed the hotel that we were not staying overnight (as we were flying from the airport at 12.30am), our room was ready for us to check into. Spacious room, good bathroom (inc great shower) and comfortable bed.
Some of carpets in main areas looking a little worn. Perhaps a deep clean on shower area to keep grout looking bright!

family trip to see singapore
lovely hotel, staff very friendly and the family room we had was a very good size. the hotel is right outside the tram station and bus stops are only a couple of mins away as well. everything is within easy reach on the above public transport, I think the furthest attractions like the zoo are about an hour away, but downtown singapore (gardens by the bay etc) are about 15mins total from the hotel. pool was very quiet and very clean, towels are provided
the decor could do with being refreshed- the carpet outside the lifts on our floor was ripped and taped back up and the wallpaper in the room could do with being refreshed but.... it's not that bad, it's not terrible by any means, just could do with a refresh

Good
The location is very convenient. It is closed to bus stations and hawker center.
There's water drops on the screen of the balcony glass because of the contract of inside and outside temperature. That also create very damp and wet floor even the blanket and bed sheet feel kind of damp.
